PPI Roundtable: the implications of extending the working lives of individuals
WHeRL is a three-year academic research project led by the Institute of Gerontology at King’s College London, in partnership with 5 other institutions.
The Pensions Policy Institute will be holding a Roundtable to discuss the current findings from the PPI stream. This research considers the implications of extending the working lives of individuals and the impact this has upon income in retirement. The focus is upon two groups:
• Women who take a career break before returning to work
• Men who exit the labour market early
We would be delighted if you could join us. The draft Briefing Note will be sent in advance and the discussion at the event will be held under the Chatham House Rule (so will not be attributed to any individual without express permission), and will be used to inform the final Briefing Note before publication.
