The DWP has published guidance about employing older workers and working past 50. It is aimed at older people who want to work longer and employers who could benefit by employing older people. It includes a discussion of help and support available by the Older Workers Champion Ros Altmann.

We are delighted to announce that Dr. Debora Price has been elected to Research Committee 11, Sociology of Ageing, of the International Sociological Association. Debora will serve as a member at large from 2014 to 2018.
